Send these details to sales@wiseecnc.com or submit the RFQ form:

1. 2D/3D drawing or sample photos.
2. Material, blank condition, part diameter, height, weight, and key dimensions.
3. Current process route: machines, setups, transfers, inspection steps, and bottleneck.
4. Required operations: turning, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, boring, or inspection.
5. Tolerance, surface finish, datum, inspection method, and acceptance standard.
6. Monthly or annual quantity, target cycle time, and delivery pressure.
7. Target model if known: HZ-VTM400, HZ-VTM500, HZ-VTM650, HZ-VTM800, HZ-VTM1000, HZ-VTM1450, HZ-VTM1600, or HZ-VTM2000.
8. Destination country, expected timeline, preferred trade terms, packing and shipping requirements.
9. Foundation, power, lifting, installation, training, spare parts, and remote support expectations.

Average lead time: about 45 days after configuration confirmation. Exact schedule depends on model, options, packing, and destination.
